Terms of Service
Terms that apply to the DSH Themes catalog, Studio, sponsor placements, and installation resources.
最終更新: 2026-08-21
1. Agreement and project identity
These Terms of Service govern your use of DSH Themes. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting content, or using a download or installation resource, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
DSH Themes is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DeepSeek AI. “DeepSeek,” “DeepSeek Harness,” and third-party project names and marks belong to their respective owners.
2. What the service provides
DSH Themes provides discovery, comparison, education, creation, review, publication, provenance, sponsor, and support tools for themes and Full Skins used with the DeepSeek Harness Web UI. Features may include:
- a verified hosted catalog and controlled artifact downloads;
- a separate, consent-based community-skin installation lane for eligible runtime-verified records;
- external, unverified editorial showcases that link to fixed upstream sources without an installation handoff;
- a unified Gallery with search, catalog numbers, categories, and light/dark preview controls;
- UI Extensions, Contributors, Token Lab, Learn, installation guidance, and rollback guidance;
- a declarative Full Skin Studio and submission/review workflow;
- creator profiles, favorites, reports, and moderation; and
- sponsor applications and clearly labeled sponsor placements.
Features and availability may change when DeepSeek Harness or this project changes.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and keep your account and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure within our control. Notify the deployment operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses role restrictions, use another person's identity without authorization, or attempt to obtain administrative privileges. We may require email verification, invite redemption, or additional checks for sensitive actions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- violate applicable law or another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights;
- submit malware, executable browser or server code where only declarative content is allowed, deceptive instructions, credential material, or intentionally harmful files;
- bypass authentication, review gates, controlled downloads, rate limits, quotas, artifact checks, or access controls;
- scrape, automate, probe, or overload the service in a way that harms users or infrastructure;
- manipulate download, favorite, sponsor, verification, or moderation signals;
- impersonate DSH Themes, DeepSeek AI, an upstream maintainer, a creator, or a sponsor; or
- use the service to distribute spam, harassment, illegal content, or misleading claims of compatibility or endorsement.
5. Themes, Full Skins, and installation
Compatibility labels, fingerprints, hashes, screenshots, and review records reduce risk but do not guarantee that a release is error-free, suitable for every environment, or compatible with future DeepSeek Harness versions. Before installing, verify the exact package, version, source, digest, web profile, and rollback state shown by the current release record.
The current installation baseline is exact @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.8. Hosted releases use the current V3 contract and the theme-manager lane. RC.6/V2 and RC.5/V1 records are retained for historical audit only and do not authorize a current install or rollback. An eligible community skin uses a separate community installer only when its fixed local allowlist, item-level RC.8 runtime receipt, exact package or adaptation identity, required disclosures, and explicit user consent all pass.
Agent-assisted instructions are guidance supplied to the Agent you choose; they are not remote control of your machine. You remain responsible for reviewing commands, preserving backups, restarting when instructed, and deciding whether to proceed. Do not install an external showcase as though it were a verified hosted release or a runtime-verified community skin.
6. External showcases and third-party projects
An item labeled External / Unverified or external-showcase is editorial information, not a hosted release, compatibility certification, recommendation, or endorsement. It may display a locally optimized copy of a preview from a fixed upstream revision together with source, attribution, license, and review status. DSH Themes does not provide an executable package, install command, download, or installer handoff for this lane.
An item labeled external-runtime-verified has passed the recorded technical checks for one fixed RC.8 baseline and may be handed only to the separate community installer after explicit consent. That status does not turn it into a hosted DSH Themes artifact, establish ownership of artwork or marks, resolve a license conflict, eliminate disclosed network or executable behavior, recommend the item, or promise future compatibility. Review every item-level license, NOTICE, attribution chain, commercial-use condition, trademark/artwork warning, network endpoint, and rollback disclosure before proceeding.
Third-party repositories, artwork, characters, trademarks, data sources, and network behavior remain subject to their owners' terms and applicable law. Noncommercial or personal use does not automatically eliminate copyright, trademark, privacy, or license obligations. Follow the linked source and obtain any permission your use requires.
7. Your submissions and license
You keep ownership of content you create. By submitting a creator profile, Theme, Full Skin, visual concept, preview, manifest, source link, or other material, you confirm that:
- you have the rights and authority needed to submit and license it;
- your authorship, source, license, attribution, commercial-use, share-alike, and third-party-material declarations are accurate;
- the content does not contain prohibited executable code, hidden instructions, secrets, or intentionally harmful material; and
- publication and distribution in the form you request will not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
You grant the deployment operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, validate, transform for safe delivery or responsive preview, reproduce, display, review, and distribute the submitted material as necessary to operate the service and honor the license and distribution choices attached to the submission. This operational license ends when the material is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal records, moderation evidence, and published-release integrity needs.
8. Review, publication, and removal
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may validate, reject, request changes, pause, archive, de-list, or remove content for quality, security, provenance, compatibility, legal, operational, or community-safety reasons. A “Verified” label means the stated checks passed for the recorded release and baseline; it is not a legal opinion, ownership guarantee, or promise of future compatibility.
If you believe content infringes your rights, use the support or project contact channel and identify the material, the right at issue, your authority, and a reliable way to contact you. We may preserve relevant evidence while investigating.
9. Sponsor content
Sponsor placements are labeled and kept separate from compatibility and verification decisions. A placement does not mean DSH Themes endorses the sponsor, and sponsorship does not influence catalog approval or moderation outcomes.
Applicants must control the submitted artwork and destination URL, provide accurate information, and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property rules. Approval, schedule, placement, pause, archive, or removal may be governed by a separate written arrangement with the operator.
10. Intellectual property and attribution
The DSH Themes software, branding, and original editorial material are governed by their applicable repository licenses and notices. User and third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders. You may use hosted theme artifacts only under their stated licenses and may not remove required attribution or provenance.
Nothing in these terms grants a license to DeepSeek AI or third-party names, logos, characters, screenshots, trade dress, or other protected material beyond what the relevant rights holder or law permits.
Parts of the website foundation are used under the ShipAny SaaS Boilerplate license. The original ShipAny copyright and attribution notice remains in the repository LICENSE; ShipAny and its marks belong to their respective owner. This technology attribution does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of DSH Themes.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the service processes account, OAuth, community, sponsor, technical, and preference data. By using the service, you acknowledge that processing necessary to provide and secure the features you request will occur as described there.
12. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features; change compatibility baselines; remove unsafe or unauthorized releases; or perform maintenance. Where practical, we will preserve clear status information and avoid disrupting published artifacts without reason, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risk, legal request, abuse, or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to respond. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to the retention limits described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service and community content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or compatibility beyond the checks expressly recorded for a release. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, configuration, profits, or business arising from use of the service, an external project, or an installation decision. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law allows.
16. Governing rules and disputes
Applicable mandatory law may grant you rights that these terms cannot limit. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact the deployment operator so the parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith. The governing law and forum otherwise depend on the operator and deployment from which you use the service.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project changes. The latest revision date appears above. Material changes should be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel before taking effect when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
18. Contact
For questions, rights reports, or disputes, use the signed-in support channel available on this deployment or the contact channel published in the DSH Themes project repository. Do not include passwords, private keys, or other secrets.
